Under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer is:

Workpaper doesn't have a registered company yet. Where the law requires it, for example to a court, a government authority, or a user with a legal claim, we'll share the developer's full name and address on request.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Requests to remove content that is clearly unlawful under Indian law are handled within the time limits the Rules set.

When you write, please include your name, how to reach you, what the problem is, and any links, computer names or IP addresses involved.
